The ReBeginning Retreat Terms & Conditions

The ReBeginning Retreat will be mindfully limited to a small group, especially this first one.

Because of that, it will allow for a more personble, intimate experience.

Here’s what you need to know:

HOLD DEPOSITS are nonrefundable.

The HOLD DEPOSIT secures your room and participation in the ReBeginning Retreat for that year.

REMAINING BALANCE is due August 1, 2023.

If REMAINING BALANCE is not received, your spot will be released at the retreat.

Cancellation requests submitted prior to  August 1, 2023, you will receive a 75% refund of the registration fee collected, less the hold deposit.

There is NO REFUND after August 15, 2023.

Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits for failure to attend or failure to complete the retreat, or for arriving late or leaving early. Sorry, but investments have already been made for the retreat at this point.

It is your responsibility to make travel arrangements to and from the retreat.

Trip insurance has been purchased to cover medical expenses in the event you have an accident while at the retreat.

It is encouraged that you purchase travel insurance in the event it is needed.

No one does the work to create a retreat with the idea to cancel, but in the event of inadequate participant interest, all money paid to ReBeginning Retreat will be refunded. Notification of cancellation for this reason will occur at least 1 month prior to retreat start date.

Kari Driskell LLC and the ReBeginning Retreat cannot be held responsible for any personal expenses, such as airline tickets due to changes in itineraries or retreat cancellations.
